Thousands of young Germans motivated by the Mission

On sunday 6th january, a team from FPC Mission took part in the Missionnary Conference for Young people, JuMiKo, at the congress palace in Stuttgart.

5 000 young Germans gathered. They had the opportunity to discover the stands belonging to a hundred missionary’s organizations active all over the world. They could also choose between 25 conferences on the theme “A radical life: to love and to live with no compromise”. I spoke on “live according to one’s vocation”. German speaking people can listen to the conference on the Website www.sermon-online.de

All day long, at our stand, Simone, Rebecca, Lukas, Matthias and I presented the different ways of taking part in the mission in France with FPC. Some were interested in the Pass or other short term engagements, others were interested by partnerships or long term engagements. A lot of people wanted to know how to discover God’s will for their life. Meeting so many motivated young men and women willing to serve the Lord was really uplifting for the whole team!

With great joy we welcomed many former Pass, donors, occasional co-workers. This French-German partnership is a real blessing. It is a unity testimony to God’s glory. We are asking God to send German co-workers in our country and for us to be a blessing for German churches!
