Mission FPC
Since 2010, we have welcomed more than 25 associate co-workers, couples and singles, to join our mission teams, church planting projects and APC Church Union churches. They are real reinforcements and partners of our mission.
The FPC Mission sees the role of associate co-worker in the same way as Paul saw the role of the couple Aquilas and Priscilla, who are mentioned in his epistles.
He showed obvious confidence in them, stayed with them and took them with him when he left Corinth for Ephesus.
He left them there to work on planting a church, while he returned to Jerusalem. Priscilla and Aquila persevered in Ephesus, where the church met in their house.
Paul refers to them as “fellow workers in Christ,” which shows the respect he had for them.
You would be joining a missionary team and actively participating in planting and strengthening churches, taking into account your availability and the time you want to contribute.
Your presence would be a real reinforcement of the team and of the church. You would have the opportunity to practice your skills and gifts and to have your work network available for the ministry.
As an active supporter, you would help the missionaries better understand how to relate to those in the working world.
You have the advantage of being able to build new relationships and be a witness in your everyday life.
We are committed to ensuring that you benefit from ongoing support and training. You would have the opportunity to participate in ongoing training and events with all the team members of the mission.
And of course, we take into account your wishes for involvement and your professional or business work constraints in adapting your service in the team and the church.
By joining us, we ask you to adhere to the Mission FPC project and to the confession of faith of the FEF and CNEF Network. We want to ensure that you communicate Biblical teaching, ethics and theology in accordance with that of our mission and that of our partner, the union of APC Churches.
We look for an open dialogue so that we can define your ministry in consultation with the other team members. We want it to be aligned with the vision of the team you plan to join and its local specificities.
So, do you want to join us and discuss your project with a mission manager? Write to us at contact@missionfpc.fr to make an appointment.
Are you still hesitating? Download our brochure and discuss it with someone you trust or your church.
